Sends a token to an address on another chain through Stargate's pool. The pool quotes the transfer and the LayerZero message on chain in the same transaction: the amount the recipient receives after the pool's fee becomes the send's minimum, so it delivers exactly what was quoted or reverts, and the message fee is paid in ether from the socket alongside the amount. The transfer leaves immediately rather than waiting for a batch. Ether sends round down to the pool's shared decimals. Reach for it to move funds to another chain when a condition is met, such as sweeping proceeds to where they are spent or rebalancing a treasury across chains on a schedule.
