Sends a token to an address on another chain through Chainlink CCIP. The router quotes the message fee on chain in the same transaction and the send pays exactly that, in ether from the socket alongside the token. The token's own CCIP pool carries it across, so the recipient receives the same token on the destination chain, usually within minutes once the source block is final. Reach for it to move funds to the chain where they are needed when a condition is met, such as sweeping proceeds or rebalancing a treasury across chains.
