Redeems a Stargate LP token for the pool's token one for one. The pool burns the LP from the socket and pays the same amount back, ether by value from the native pool; the amount is rounded down to the pool's shared decimals and can be no more than the pool's local credit, which the redeemable read reports. The action returns the amount paid out. Reach for it to pull bridge liquidity back into a wallet, gating it on the redeemable read so it only runs when the pool can cover the whole amount.
