Sends a token to an address on another chain through Across. The SpokePool takes the token here and a relayer pays the recipient on the destination chain, usually within seconds. The output amount is exactly what the recipient receives, signed in the plug; the difference is the fee the relayer and Across's liquidity providers earn. A deposit no relayer fills is returned to this account once its fill deadline passes. The quote time and fill deadline are taken from the block the plug runs in. Reach for it to move funds to the chain where they are needed when a condition is met, such as sweeping proceeds or topping up a balance on another chain.
