Stakes native ETH with Rocket Pool and receives rETH at the network exchange rate. The deposit pool is resolved from Rocket Storage and the ETH deposited by value; rETH is minted to the socket net of the deposit fee. The pool refuses deposits beyond its capacity. Reach for it to put ETH to work, checking deposit capacity first so a predicate can route to a DEX swap when the pool is full, then coil the rETH into a vault or lending market.
