Reads the fraction of a stake Rocket Pool keeps when it mints rETH. The deposit settings are resolved from Rocket Storage and getDepositFee returned as a fraction of one whole unit at 18 decimals, so 0.0005 is five basis points. The pool subtracts it from the staked value and mints rETH against the remainder. Reach for it alongside the exchange rate to compute the rETH a stake actually receives, which is the staked value less the fee and then divided by the rate. Sizing a later step from the rate alone overstates the position.
