Reads how much native ETH Rocket Pool can pay out for an rETH burn right now. rETH's getTotalCollateral returns its own ETH balance plus the deposit pool's excess balance at 18 decimals. Deposits still waiting to be assigned to validators are not included, so this is smaller than the ETH the protocol is holding. Reach for it before a burn to check the redeem path can settle the size you want, or to branch to a swap when it cannot. The collateral is frequently near zero, and a burn above it reverts.
