Reads the length of Kaito's unstake cooldown, in seconds. The vault's cooldownDuration is the wait between starting a cooldown and claiming its KAITO, seven days at launch. Kaito can change it up to ninety days; a change applies to cooldowns started after it. Reach for it to compute when a cooldown started now will end, storing the timestamp for a scheduled claim.
