Starts unstaking the sKAITO worth an exact amount of KAITO, which waits in the vault's aging pool until the cooldown ends. The vault burns the shares the amount takes at its current rate and returns how many it burned; each new cooldown adds to what is already cooling down and restarts the clock for all of it. Standing alone the wallet sends it on its own sKAITO and holds the cooldown; beside other steps the Plug account runs it on the sKAITO the amount takes, drawn from the wallet, and holds the cooldown, so a scheduled plug can claim it. Reach for it to set aside an exact amount of KAITO to claim after the cooldown, leaving the rest staked.
