Claims the KAITO of a Kaito unstake whose cooldown has ended, paid to the recipient. The vault's aging pool pays the whole amount cooling down in one call and the cooldown clears; the action returns the KAITO the recipient received. It reverts while the cooldown is still running. A cooldown belongs to the account that started it: the wallet claims its own by sending the claim itself, and the Plug account claims its own in a plug, paying the wallet or any recipient. Reach for it in a scheduled plug that reads the cooldown's end, requires it has passed, then claims and routes the KAITO into a swap or a fresh deposit in the same run.
