Unwraps weETH back to eETH at ether.fi's current share rate. Calls the weETH wrapper's unwrap, burning the wrapped balance and returning the eETH it represents; the eETH balance then rebases as staking rewards accrue. Set the amount to max to unwrap the full balance. Reach for it when the rebasing balance matters, or before a withdrawal request, which takes eETH.
