Claims a finalized ether.fi withdrawal request and receives the ETH. The withdraw request NFT is burned for the request id and the queued ETH is paid to the wallet that holds the request; the claim is permissionless, so the socket needs no approval to settle it. The request must have been finalized by ether.fi, which happens after the protocol processes the queue. Reach for it in a scheduled plug that claims once the request is claimable.
