Queues an eETH withdrawal with ether.fi and receives a withdraw request NFT. The socket approves the liquidity pool and requests a withdrawal of the amount in the wallet's name; the pool mints the request NFT to the wallet and its id is returned and tagged as a position. ETH is paid later, when the request is finalized and claimed. Reach for it as the first half of an unstake, coiling the request id into a stored value so a later run can claim it once finalized.
