Unwraps a Pendle Standardized Yield token back into the asset it accounts in. The socket calls the SY's redeem, which burns the shares and pays out the asset at the current exchange rate; the call returns the amount received. Set the amount to max to unwrap the full balance. Reach for it after a redemption or a liquidity removal that paid out SY, when the next step or the wallet wants the plain yield-bearing asset.
