Unwraps a Pendle Standardized Yield token into a token the SY pays out. The socket calls the SY's redeem, which burns the shares and pays out the chosen token at the current exchange rate; the call returns the amount received. Only the tokens the SY's own redeem list names are offered. Set the amount to max to unwrap the full balance. Reach for it after a redemption or a liquidity removal that paid out SY, when the next step or the wallet wants the plain yield-bearing asset.
