Unstakes Curve LP tokens or cvxCRV from Convex, claiming rewards on the way out. A Convex pool's reward contract unstakes and unwraps back to the Curve LP through withdrawAndUnwrap; the cvxCRV rewards contract returns the cvxCRV. Either way pending CRV, CVX, and extra rewards pay out in the same call. Set the amount to max to unstake everything. Reach for it as the first step of an exit, then coil the amount into a Curve remove liquidity call or a swap so the whole unwind lands in one transaction.
