Reads the pool-wide CRV emission rate per second of a Convex pool. The reward contract's rewardRate is the CRV distributed per second across all stakers, at 18 decimals. Dividing by the pool's total staked gives the per-token rate. Reach for it to compare pools by emissions before choosing where to deposit, or to estimate the harvest a position will accrue over a scheduled interval.
