Reads the staking token and reward token addresses of a Convex pool. The pool's reward contract reports the token it accepts for staking, the Curve LP, and the token it pays rewards in, both tagged as tokens. Reach for it when the pool is chosen at runtime and later steps need the concrete LP address to approve or the reward token address to swap after a claim.
