Reads the utilization at which the Avantis vault refuses withdrawals. The vault's withdrawThreshold is a percentage at ten decimals, read here as a fraction of one, set by Avantis governance below one hundred percent. A withdrawal or redemption that would leave the utilization ratio at or above it reverts, so liquidity providers cannot pull the reserve out from under open trades. Reach for it with the utilization ratio to gate an exit on the vault having room, or to size how far utilization can climb before exits close.
