Withdraws a delegate's right to trade the Plug account's Avantis book. The Trading router's removeDelegate clears the delegation the sender gave the address, at once, whatever its expiry; orders the delegate already placed stay in the book. Reach for it to close off a delegate key that is no longer in use, or to end a delegation on a condition.
