Lets another address trade the Plug account's Avantis book until a timestamp. The Trading router's setDelegate records the delegate for the sender. Until the expiry the delegate can place, update, close and cancel the sender's orders and trades through the router's delegatedAction, each acting as the sender, so collateral is pulled from and proceeds paid to the sender; it can move nothing else of the sender's. A later setDelegate for the same delegate replaces the expiry. Reach for it to manage the Plug account's trades from the wallet, or from any key trusted to trade them, alongside the programs that run on the Plug account.
