The vault's convertToAssets divides its total assets across its share supply and applies no fee, so it is the value of the shares, not what redeeming them pays. The redemption quote is the preview, which takes the collateral health fee off. Reach for it to value a share balance, to track the share price against a stored earlier value, or to compare against the redemption preview to see the exit fee in force.
