Queues the rebasing token for redemption through Origin's vault withdrawal queue. The vault burns the amount from the socket and records a request that pays the vault's asset one for one once the queue's claimable total reaches it and the claim delay has passed; the call returns the request id, tagged as a position, and the queue's cumulative total including it. Reach for it as the first half of an exit at par, storing the request id so a later run can claim it.
