Opts the socket's balance of Origin's rebasing token out of rebasing. After rebaseOptOut the socket's balance stays fixed at its current amount and no longer grows with rebases. The call reverts if the socket does not rebase or delegates its yield. Reach for it when a following integration needs a balance that does not move on its own between steps.
