Opts the socket's balance of Origin's rebasing token into rebasing. A contract account holds the token at a fixed balance until it opts in; after rebaseOptIn its balance grows with every rebase like any wallet's. The call reverts if the socket already rebases. Reach for it once, before holding the token in the socket for longer than a single transaction, so the balance earns the vault's yield.
