Stops a Moonwell market's supply counting as collateral for the sending account. The comptroller allows it only when the account owes nothing in the market and its remaining borrows stay covered without this supply; once exited, the supply keeps earning but can no longer be seized. It acts on the sending account's own position, so standing alone the wallet sends it itself. Reach for it after repaying the debt a market's supply backed, to keep that asset out of liquidation's reach.
