Points one reward slot of a Clanker token at a new recipient. The socket, as the slot's reward admin, calls updateRewardRecipient on the locker holding the token. The locker does not collect first: fees the pool has earned that no one has collected yet are stored for the new recipient at the next collection, along with everything the slot earns from then on, while fees already stored in the fee locker stay claimable by the old one. Collect the token's rewards earlier in the plug to settle what the pool has earned to the old recipient before the switch. Reach for it to route a token's creator fees to the socket so claims compose with the rest of a plug, or to hand them to a treasury when a condition is met.
