Claims the trading fees ClankerFeeLocker holds for a fee owner in one token. Every Clanker token routes its LP fees to its reward recipients through the fee locker; the socket reads the owner's available balance and, when it is not zero, calls claim, which transfers all of it to the fee owner. The action returns the amount, zero when there was nothing to claim. When the socket is the fee owner the fees land in it for the next step. Reach for it to sweep creator fees on a schedule, coiling the claimed amount into a swap, a bridge or a transfer.
