Clanker · Acts onchain
Hands control of one reward slot of a Clanker token to a new admin. The socket, as the slot's reward admin, calls updateRewardAdmin on the locker holding the token; from then on only the new admin can change the slot's recipient, admin or fee preference. Reach for it to move a slot's control between the wallet and the socket, or to transfer it outright.
