Reads the total amount of an asset currently borrowed from an Aave market. The figure comes from the pool data provider as the reserve's total variable debt in the asset's units, growing with interest as blocks pass. Reach for it with the borrow cap to compute remaining borrowable room, or with total supplied to compute utilization and reason about how the rate will move before committing to a supply or borrow.
