Repays debt in an Aave market using your supplied aTokens instead of wallet funds. The pool burns aTokens of the same asset and cancels the matching variable debt, returning the amount repaid. No transfer or approval is needed, and because the position only gets healthier the pool allows it even when the health factor would block a withdrawal. Set the amount to max to repay the full debt. Reach for it to deleverage a looped position in one step, to close debt against a supply of the same asset without touching wallet balance, or as the first step of an unwind so a later withdraw is no longer constrained.
