Cancels every open Seaport order this account has signed, in a single call. Every Seaport order is signed against the offerer's current counter. Incrementing it from the account moves the counter to a new value, and from that block on Seaport rejects every listing and offer signed under the old one, on every marketplace that settles through this Seaport deployment, without naming them one by one. The new counter is returned for later steps. Reach for it as a kill switch: pull every listing when a collection's floor drops through a level, before moving NFTs out of the account, or on a schedule so stale offers never outlive the window they were made for.
