Points the creator fees of an o1 Launchpad token at a new recipient. The socket, as the launch's current creator, calls setCreatorFeeRecipient on the factory that launched it; the factory tells the launch's hook, and every creator share the hook credits from then on is owed to the new recipient in the suite's fee escrow. Shares already credited stay claimable by the old one. Reach for it right after a launch to route its creator fees to the wallet or a treasury, or to move them when a condition is met.
