Launches a token from the o1 Launchpad factory, paired with a registered quote currency on Uniswap V4. The socket calls createLaunch: the factory creates a fixed-supply B20 named and described as given, seeds its whole supply as permanently locked liquidity from the quote currency's registered opening price, and registers the pool with its LaunchHook, which charges every trade a fee on the quote currency, after an anti-snipe surcharge that decays over the launch's first seconds, and credits the creator's share to the suite's fee escrow. The socket is the creator: it holds the creator rights and receives the creator fees. The factory's current configuration version and native launch fee are read when the plug runs, so the launch takes the configuration live at that block and pays the fee it charges then, in native ETH from the socket. The factory's owner can change that fee at any time, so the launch never pays more than max_fee: it is prefilled with the fee the factory charges when the plug is drafted, and the plug refuses to launch at a block where the fee is past it. The token's metadata is fixed at launch. The action returns the new token's address. Reach for it to launch a token when a condition is met, then point its creator fees somewhere and claim them on a schedule.
