Reads the one address the diamond lets trade a trader's gTrade book, the zero address when there is none. The diamond's getTradingDelegate is what delegatedTradingAction checks its caller against, so the wallet's Plug account trades the wallet's book only while this reads back as that account. Reach for it to confirm a program can still trade the wallet's book before it runs, or to act when a delegation changes.
