Reads how much of an Extra Finance reserve is currently lent out. The pool divides what the farming vaults owe, interest accrued, by everything the reserve holds and has lent, and returns the figure at 18 decimals, where a fully borrowed reserve reads as one. The borrowing curve is evaluated at this number, and what is not lent out is all a redemption can draw on. Reach for it to redeem before a reserve fills up and withdrawals have to wait, or to read the number the rates were struck at.
