Reads what the farming vaults pay to borrow from an Extra Finance reserve, as an annual rate and as the APY it compounds to. The pool evaluates the reserve's published curve at its current utilization and returns the annual rate at 18 decimals; the curve steepens past each of its two kinks. Only the protocol's vaults borrow, so for a lender this is the gross yield the reserve earns before the fee and before idle liquidity dilutes it. Reach for it to watch how hard a reserve is being borrowed against, or to anticipate the lending rate moving before it does.
