Reads the socket's Ethena unstake cooldown: when it matures and how much USDe is queued. The vault's cooldowns entry returns the cooldown end timestamp and the USDe held in the silo for the socket at 18 decimals. Reach for it to gate an unstake behind the maturity time with a predicate against the current timestamp, or to read the queued amount so the unstaked USDe can be sized into the next step.
