Reads a specific historical Chainlink round for a pair, normalized to 18 decimals. The feed registry's getRoundData is fetched for the round id and rescaled to 18 decimals, with the round's started and updated timestamps. Unlike the latest price, the answer is fixed once the round closes. Reach for it to compare the current price against an earlier one, computing a move over time, or to settle a strategy against the price that held at a known round rather than whatever the feed reports now.
