Votes all of an Aerodrome lock's power for one pool's gauge this epoch. The socket calls the Voter's vote with the lock, the pool, and a single full weight, replacing whatever the lock voted for before. A lock votes once per epoch, outside the first and last hour, and only for pools whose gauge is alive; the Voter requires the socket to be approved for the lock. Reach for it each epoch to point emissions at the pool you provide liquidity to, or right after creating a lock in the same plug.
