This plug transfers a chosen ERC-20 or native token from the socket to a recipient address. It asks the caller for the token, the amount, the recipient, and a frequency interval. It runs at most once per that frequency interval, after reading the wallet's token balance twice and surfacing both figures. Running it by hand requires repeating the balance reads and transfer each cycle, and a missed interval delays the send.
