Reads the token reserves held by a Uniswap V2 pair and when they last changed. The pair's getReserves returns reserve0 and reserve1 in their tokens' units with the last update timestamp. Reach for it to measure depth before a trade, to compute a price or a removal's payout from the ratio, or to set add-liquidity floors that track the current ratio.
