Sweeps everything a Uniswap V3 position owes to the socket: fees and any uncollected principal. The position manager's collect is called with the maximum for both tokens, so accrued fees and tokens freed by an earlier decrease are all paid out. Reach for it as a harvest step after fees accrue, or directly after a decrease so the withdrawn tokens land in the socket for the next step.
