Caps how many times this plug can ever run. The plug's hash keys a counter in socket storage; the action reverts once the count reaches the limit and otherwise increments it. A run that reverts rolls its increment back, so only completed runs count, and a limit of one makes the plug single use. Placed inside a branch, it caps how many times that branch runs. Reach for it when a signed plug must not run again however many times it is sent, such as a one time transfer, a launch buy that fires once, or a claim taken at most three times.
