Reads a Global Markets tokenized stock's USD price from Ondo's sanity oracle, with its update time. The oracle's prices entry returns the price at 18 decimals and the timestamp it was last set. Ondo uses it to bound accepted prices, so it tracks the underlying equity's market price. Reach for it to value a tokenized stock balance in dollars, to gate a trade on a price band with a predicate, or to require the timestamp is recent before acting.
