Seizes collateral from an unhealthy borrower in a Morpho Blue market by repaying their debt. The socket approves Morpho, calls liquidate for the borrower with the collateral amount to seize, and the approval is reset; the call returns the assets seized and repaid. Morpho only allows it while the borrower's LTV exceeds the market's liquidation LTV, and pays the liquidator the market's incentive. Reach for it after reading the borrower's position and requiring the health factor is below one, combining a price read so a predicate confirms the seized collateral outweighs the debt repaid.
