Reports whether a MetaMorpho vault holds a supply position in a Morpho Blue market. The vault's supply shares in the market are read from Morpho and the result is true when they are above zero. A curator only allocates into markets whose oracle, rate model, and liquidation LTV passed their diligence, so a live allocation is that curator's standing endorsement of the market. Reach for it to delegate market vetting to a named curator: require the result is true before supplying into a market the plug resolves at fire time, so a successor market is accepted only once a vault you trust has capital in it.
