Claims a finalized Lido withdrawal request and receives native ETH. The withdrawal queue burns the request NFT for the given id and pays the finalized ETH to the socket. The request must have been finalized by the Lido oracle first. Reach for it in a scheduled plug that claims once the request is finalized, then routes the ETH into a restake, swap, or transfer in the same transaction.
