Wraps eETH into weETH, or unwraps weETH back to eETH, at ether.fi's current share rate. Wrap approves and calls the weETH wrapper's wrap; unwrap calls its unwrap. eETH rebases, weETH does not, so the wrapped balance stays fixed while its value in eETH rises. Set the amount to max to convert the full balance. Reach for it after staking, when a lending market or vault needs the non-rebasing form, or before a withdrawal request, which takes eETH.
