Reads the seconds left before the socket can withdraw from a Chamber (dHEDGE) vault. Every deposit starts an exit cooldown, a day on Base, during which the vault refuses to burn or transfer the depositor's tokens; the vault's getExitRemainingCooldown answers what is left of it, and zero once it has passed. Reach for it to gate a withdrawal on the cooldown being over, so a plug that deposits today can exit on its own tomorrow.
