deBridge · Reads onchain state
Reads whether deBridge's DlnSource on this chain is refusing new orders. deBridge pauses order creation during incidents and upgrades; an order created while it is paused reverts. Reach for it to hold a cross-chain send until orders reopen.
Takes nothing — it reads the caller's own position.
